Button's is located in the Harper Hill Commons at the corner of Peacehaven Rd, & Country Club Rd in Winston-Salem NC.
From Yadkin County and areas west of Winston-Salem, travel on Hwy 421 towards Winston-Salem. Take the Peacehaven Rd exit (#240). At the end of the ramp, make a left. Continue until Harper Hill Commons (on the right) at the corner of Country Club Rd.
From east of Winston-Salem, travel on Hwy 421 towards Yadkinville /Wilkesboro. Take the Peacehaven Rd exit (#240). At the end of the ramp, make a right. Continue until Harper Hill Commons (on the right) at the corner of Country Club Rd.
The store is presently open Monday - Friday 10-6, and Saturday 10-4.
